THIS LIGHTWEIGHT COMPOSITE ROAD BIKE SMOOTHS OUT ROUGH ROADS AND HELPS YOU GO THE DISTANCE. ENGINEERED WITH ENDURANCE GEOMETRY AND BUILT-IN COMPLIANCE, IT’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR MOST CHALLENGING RIDES. KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS Engineered compliance Advanced Composite frame is engineered for endurance road riding. The D-Fuse seatpost and handlebar absorb road shocks and vibrations, and its smooth ride quality means you’ll feel less fatigue on long rides. Total control Disc brake integration, including flat mounts and 12mm front and rear thru-axles, produces more consistent braking power for better control, even on rough roads and in all kinds of weather conditions. Versatility Endurance road geometry, plenty of tire clearance (up to 35mm), and disc-brake integration allow you to tackle a variety of roads and conditions, from smooth pavement to rugged backroads and mountain passes. TECHS & FEATURES ADVANCED COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY Giant’s High-Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction. D-FUSE TECHNOLOGY The D-Fuse seatpost and handlebar were designed to function as a system, absorbing road shocks, and vibrations so you can ride farther, faster. OVERDRIVE Giant’s original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/4" lower and 1 1/8" upper for road, 1 1/2" lower and 1 1/8" upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness. COMPACT ROAD DESIGN Introduced by Giant with the professional Team ONCE in the 1990s, Compact Road revolutionized the look and feel of high-performance road bikes forever. A downward-sloping toptube (from the headtube to the seattube) creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders of all sizes to have a perfect fit. TUBELESS SYSTEM Fewer flat tires. Greater traction. Less rolling resistance and a smoother, faster ride. Giant’s Tubeless System makes it easier than ever to experience all these benefits.

Caledonia doesn't fit in a box nicely, and we like it that way. It was conceived on our Thursday night rides-routes that often play fast and loose with 'road ride.' Modern road riders are looking for bikes to handle long-distance, high pace, no limits, and offer maximum fun the Caledonia delivers performance, comfort, and speed. Oh, and you can fit a 34mm tire in there. Or 31mm with fenders. REMOVABLE FDM Our bolt-on front derailleur mount is made from high-strength aluminum alloy and attaches to the frame with two countersunk screws. This allows for easy replacement in the event of damage but also enables you to adapt to new standards as they become available or remove the front derailleur mount completely if you choose a 1x system. INTEGRATED ACCESSORY MOUNTS Integrated mounts enable the use of fenders, lights, and computers without compromising the aerodynamics or structure of your bike. The built-in mount systems provide a simple and clean-looking solution.

The Caledonia-5 is the bike we keep reaching for when we know the odometer's going well past the triple-digit mark. Long rides invariably have some smooth tarmac, some junk pavement over backroads, a cutty singletrack connector, and maybe even your own local Strade Bianche sector. So we built a bike that could take on all of them, do it well, and fit fenders in case the ominous clouds turn into a downpour 130km into your day. - Aero Cable Management The Cervélo frame, fork, handlebars, and associated components are designed to hide brake and shift control lines (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic) from the wind for improved aerodynamics, without sacrificing usability or performance. - Performance Fit The Caledonia-5's integrated stem and two bearing cap options allow for stacks ranging between an aggressive 7mm and a relaxed 22mm without the use of spacers. With a wider fit coordinate range (stack) of 580mm to 687mm, the Caledonia can be slammed or more upright. All while looking and being seamlessly fast in the wind. - Removable FDM Our bolt-on front derailleur mount is made from high-strength aluminum alloy and attaches to the frame with two countersunk screws. This allows for easy replacement in the event of damage but also enables you to adapt to new standards as they become available or remove the front derailleur mount completely if you choose a 1x system. - Integrated Accessory Mounts Integrated mounts enable the use of fenders, lights, and computers without compromising the aerodynamics or structure of your bike. The built-in mount systems provide a simple and clean-looking solution. - SRAM Integrated Power Red and Force build include Quarq Zero power meters integrated into the crank. The integration of a power meter results in better stiffness, lighter weight, and improved accuracy over aftermarket solutions—and the DZero delivers power measurement accurate to +/- 1.5%, even in variable temperatures.

R5 has one job - get to the top, fast. But for all the glory and fanfare that comes with a summit finish, they're rarely the only climb of the day. And while a race isn't usually won on a descent, they can certainly be lost. A climbing bike that can't carve a hairpin is a bit like a cup of decaf coffee. This is the fourth iteration of the R5, and while weight and stiffness have varied over the years, the handling, poise, and unmatched prowess on a descent have been consistent since day one. - Faster in Every Direction The new R5 frame is 130g lighter than the previous model—a 16% reduction from an already-light frame. And while aerodynamics weren’t a focus with this frame the way they would be on an S5 or P5, bringing the cables inside reduced drag by 25g. - Darker Than Night, Lighter Than Air The color black may absorb all light, but Cervélo Five Black is anything but heavy. This ultra-minimal graphics and paint package results in a frame that’s significantly lighter—they’ll never even see you coming. - Less Stiff, Still Fast The R5 is stiff, but not too stiff—the Goldilocks of climbing bikes if you will. Poise, stability, and power transfer feel “just right” and keep you fresh and ready to take on the road ahead. - SRAM Integrated Power Red and Force builds include Quarq Zero power meters integrated into the crank. The integration of a power meter results in better stiffness, lighter weight, and improved accuracy over aftermarket solutions—and the DZero delivers power measurement accurate to +/- 1.5%, even in variable temperatures.

The S5 prioritizes aerodynamic performance and stiffness, making it a platform preferred by the fastest sprinters in the world. You've no doubt noticed the now-iconic V-Stem. We optimized that shape to deliver the best possible performance in the wind, hid the cables inside, and made enough bar/stem/stack options to fit just about anyone. It'll clear 28mm tires, too so you can eke out even more aero advantage.

The Soloist. It's a name from deep in our history, but immediately familiar to anyone with bike racing memories extending back to the early-2000s. It was the weapon of choice for top World Tour contenders on CSC and the Cervelo Test Team, and we're bringing it back for a new generation. The new Soloist is designed for the week-in, week-out rider, and racer who can only justify one high-performance bike. It balances light weight and aerodynamic advantages to deliver a bike that really is 'just right'. Soloist comes in a hair lighter than the S5, but significantly more aerodynamic than the R5, and borrows the threaded bottom bracket standard you find on the R5-CX. It's a race bike that can accommodate mechanical and electronic shifting, can hammer out the training miles in all weather, and yet still has the chops to leap off the front at that decisive moment. That's the Soloist. - Fast Like S5, Light Like R5 Soloist sits right between S5 and R5 on the performance scale, while having a price tag that’s less World Tour, more Road Trip. It’s about 250g heavier than R5, and 250g lighter than S5. It’s 190g slower than S5, but 126g faster than R5. You get the idea. It’s the ‘just-right’ answer for the rider trying to find a smart, intentional compromise. - Looks Like A Race Bike, Rides Like A Race Bike We took the handling geometry for the Soloist directly from R5. The R5 is beloved by pros and amateurs alike for its poise, stability, and precision when that killer climb turns into an even more killer descent. Soloist benefits from our decades of race bike geometry development, and comes out of the gate ready to go. - Hidden From The Wind, No Bleed Necessary The cable routing is inside the frame for aerodynamics but doesn't go through the stem. We developed our own system that threads the cables under the stem but through the bearing cap. Whether your position changes or you loan the bike to a friend who uses a different stem length, you won't need to bleed the brakes to swap the stem. - Clearance To Buzz The Tower The Soloist fits tires up to 34mm (measured), and wheels wide enough to support them. - BBRighT-47 The BBRighT-47 bottom bracket, which first appeared on the R5-CX, is ideal for those who log big miles but don't have a pro wrench checking the bike over every day. It makes BB swaps a breeze (convenient if you're burning through hand-me-down components) and extends the life of the frame.

The 2023 Astra pushes the limits farther than any version before it and does so with a good dose of style. Produced entirely in house by the skilled hands of the Basso staff, the latest version of the Astra model incorporates a great deal of technology that derives from its upper tier siblings and adopts a design that follows a tighter family feeling than ever before. True to its Basso DNA the Astra is a thoroughbred racehorse ready to take you further, faster and with more confidence. The straight fork and rear triangle take design cues from their higher tier brethren on the SV and as such incorporate a similar reactive and responsive handling. Basso developed geometry studied to confer the perfect blend of snappy handling and acceleration and a comfortable position for the long haul. Constructed from 100% 3k Torayca High Modulous Carbon Fiber from a blend of T700 and MR60 fibers, the Astra is capable of offering performance on par with its higher tier siblings with the only compromise coming in the form of a few extra grams. Constructed by hand, in house, the Astra, just as the rest of Basso frames, are made to be as beautiful inside as out. Versatility and completeness Astra maintains its vocation for road cycling, but the attention to detail has made it less nervous and more comfortable. Light but without pushing the carbon of the frame to the extreme (which weighs about 980 g), it adopts Basso’s high-profile technological solutions. The 35 mm tire clearance allows you to mount wider tires and venture beyond the tarmac on light dirt roads. The integrated cables with Paradigma technology and the All Road handlebar by Microtech increase safety and comfort, while maintaining clean aesthetics.

The 35 mm tire clearance allows you to mount wider tires and venture beyond the tarmac on light dirt roads. The integrated cables with Paradigma technology and the All Road handlebar by Microtech increase safety and comfort, while maintaining clean aesthetics.

The straight fork and rear triangle take design cues from their higher tier bretheren on the SV and as such incorporate a similar reactive and responsive handling. It has been 22 years since the first Diamante was released. 22 years in which Diamante has gone through 8 evolutions to become what it is today: the most Basso bike of all. Our most long-running bike, stainless like any self-respecting diamond. A process of constant and meticulous improvement, often working on invisible details, capable of combining innovation aimed at the future and the legacy of over 45 years of Basso. Leaving the starting point to go elsewhere, outside your own schemes, to explore and then come back enriched, so as to evolve what you started from. A circular movement that becomes a spiral as it perfects itself, enclosing the past and the future. The spirit of Basso flows in the circular tubes of the Diamante frame. A shape that is not just an aesthetic solution but the research to obtain the best performance from a material, carbon. Devotion to the slopes Today Diamante confirms its vocation for climbs and descents. Careful engineering work has made it possible to further reduce the weight by over 200 grams, allowing the complete bike assembly to remain easily under the UCI weight limit (6.8 kg). A bicycle without an extra gram, designed to make each ride an exciting experience, an opportunity to challenge your limits. Contemporary classic A unique design, the result of extremely complex engineering, refined over the years detail by detail. A timeless aesthetic, capable of interpreting the contemporary. The search for the balance between lightness and stability, making the most of the characteristics of carefully hand-crafted carbon. The thickness of the tubes has been meticulously studied to give lightness and reactivity when climbing and stability when descending, even at high speeds. Ride, Perfected Stable, responsive, light, and playful. Diamante is a versatile road racing bike, designed to thrive in the most challenging ups and downs. A geometry that has been refined over the decades thanks to the kilometers traveled and the expertise in the manual processing of carbon, capable of achieving absolute performance through cutting-edge technological solutions. The result is an intense and engaging riding experience, ready to excite. The golden rule of Basso engineering We meticulously study carbon to enhance its characteristics through its shape. In the areas where energy is generated and discharged – the bottom bracket and steering area -, the circular shape, in addition to reducing the thickness and weight of the tubes, gives greater torsional rigidity, so that all the pedaling energy translates into progression and riding precision. This solution allows to obtain greater lightness, rigidity, and control, with the result of not losing power and acquiring stability. Integrated Handlebar Levita The Diamante tip for unprecedented handling: stiff, light, and ergonomic. Levita redefines the concept of riding precision in a heap of technology and aesthetic purity.
